*It is possible to decide to use h2o, stock or yomeishu to possess some gravy to go with the rice afterwards. Individually, I prefer to use Yomeishu mainly because it offers the chicken mid-joint extra flavours and nice aroma. It is usually fewer of an inconvenience than to prepare the stock. ? C
